Hoogland is a morph of Dendrobates auratus. Primarily bronze, it also has a few dapples of turquoise. The bronze ranges from pale and almost beige, to metallic golden-brown; however, the blue-green is more or less consistently the same color. Much like the Campana morph, the Hoogland morph is relatively shy and reclusive. The Hoogland morph shares other similarities with the Campana morph, but it is unknown on if they came from the same population and therefore should probably not be interbred.
